SWIM Coaches & Instructors NEEDED

We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our aquatics team!

Where/Location: Tarzana, Los Angeles, Hollywood

Compensation: $25-35/hr bonus’

Employment Type: (2-4 individuals) Part-time 20-30 hrs/wk and potential/option for (1-2 individuals) full-time 30-40 hrs/wk

Los Angeles Swim Academy is looking for experienced swim coaches/teachers for our Summer season! We facilitate PE classes, private lessons, group classes, parent & tot lessons, and swim teams at 3 locations: Tarzana, Hollywood and Los Angeles.

We need individuals who love working with kids, are reliable, punctual and most importantly fun! If you have swimming experience (or not) we do train all our coaches and instructors prior to working with us.

Pay rate varies from $25-35/hr based on experience and availability. We also offer incentives and bonus' to our highly loved staff because if our clients are happy, we are happy to reward our crew!

Ideally, we are looking for 3-6 individuals to work a couple days a week! If you are a seasoned swimmer, educator or athlete with prior swim experience, we would love to meet you! We are looking for experience and individuals who can facilitate programs without supervision and represent our program at various locations.

We are open to working with your schedule accommodating as little or as many hours as you would like- as long as you can commit to the season- the kids get very attached and we do not have a rotating door for our instructors!

Interviews will take place via Zoom/phone first between now, April 15th- April 30th , followed by meeting in person and training days (TBD). You must also complete a finger print clearance prior to training. We can share details as we proceed through the hiring process.
